Transcript and Certificates

Eligible students can begin the process of obtaining their Transcript, Migration Certificate and Provisional Certificate 15 days after publication of the result.

Schools should collect the prescribed certificate fee of NPR 1,500 from regular students and process the documents through the concerned NEB office. Schools have been instructed not to charge more than the prescribed amount.

Correction of Result Errors

Students who find an incorrect name, registration number, subject, absent status, withheld status or another error in their result should submit an application with the required supporting documents to the concerned NEB office or NEB headquarters in Sanothimi, Bhaktapur.

The application must be submitted within six months of the result publication date. Technical errors will be corrected according to the original records maintained by the Office of the Controller of Examinations.
